We are a full time Centre based in Greater Manchester, unique in that we are dedicated to teaching a multitude of different physical based art forms and styles. We have two specifically equipped training areas:


	Our performance Studio is a 38ft by 20ft wooden floored dance studio with one wall completely mirrored. In this studio you'll find: Capoeira - Streetdancing - Breakdancing Salsa - Yoga - Tai Chi - Circus Skills


	Our dojo is a 36ft by 39ft fully matted training area with a wide selection of hanging, wall and freestanding bags. We have a comprehensive range of martial arts equipment including focus pads, thai pads, kickshields and body armour for our members use. Combat atheletes need to be strong and fit, that is why we have a full range of medicine balls, kettlebells and other more traditional strong man training aids. This area is also used for acrobatics and performance based routines, which is why you will also find access to a variety of spring boards and crash mats to aid gymnastic development.

	Whether you are a beginner who has never danced or a black belt looking for a new challenge, we have the class for you. In life it is vitally important to stay fit and healthy but doing so over the long term can sometimes become a chore unless you find something you enjoy doing and can develop a real passion for.
